Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to orders shipping to the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping to the US. Free shipping is offered for any orders over $69.99.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently do not offer international shipping, but plan to in the future!

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

We currently do not offer refunds or returns on any items, all sales are final. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rawstarba@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
